The team is currently made up of 8 young engineers under the age of 28 (two in robotics, two in chemistry, two in mechatronics, one in mechanics and one in materials), in charge of research and development, as well as projects for company innovation, and their mission is to eliminate low-value jobs and create higher value-added jobs. In addition to implementing multiple changes in all its processes, this team of engineers monitors and analyzes the advances that are taking place in the automotive industry to see what opportunities for innovation may arise.
