Carrying out processes such as roughing, sanding, polishing and machining of metal parts.

We have a group of grinders who are experts in the sanding operation to achieve leveling defects and to progressively degrade scratches and pores on the surface of the pieces to prepare them for a good finish.

We have the roughing service for metal parts, this is done by means of abrasive discs. In this way it is achieved that the surface of the pieces, on which we will continue working, are free of imperfections and with a better definition in their shape.

Expert polishers are in charge of meticulously finishing the pieces for each project where it is required, to provide our customers with the highest quality on the surface of the pieces.

We have 9 FANUC robots that coordinate 9 integrated cells for polishing / sanding / automatic fibering, which allows us to have the capacity and versatility to adapt to polishing or polishing, almost any figure manufactured by the industry.
In addition, thanks to this process we can ensure standardization in the surface finish required by the piece, achieving a reduction in process times and also delivery for our customers.

Two independent automatic cells are coordinated by two FANUC robots that are responsible for sanding the surface of the pieces, managing to improve the finish of these and being able to continue with the process of the pieces, thus guaranteeing the improvement of production times and the quality of the parts.The speed of the automated process gives us the possibility of giving a better service to our clients.

Seven robotic cells equipped with FANUC technology are in charge of giving the best metallic finishes to the parts in a precise and standardized way, achieving not only the required specifications but also improving the production times and quantities that our clients require week by week.

We carry out the Fiberglass on aluminum service, using robotic cells guaranteeing an aesthetic finish on the pieces.
